A few days ago I was sitting in a coffee shop reminiscing on my time in Thailand. Here are some of the phrases and words that came to mind. This is kind of chaotic and doesn’t really have a structure, but I figured it would leave room for questions. If you want to hear more about any of these things I would love to share more with you just reach out! Songthaew rides.

Motorcycles weaving in and out of traffic.

The smell of incense mixed with the smell of diesel.

The sparkling of the Buddhist temples down every street.

The rolling mountains covered in trees.

Board games and new friends.

Jesus loves you.

Hey did you know that the God who created the universe loves you and wants relationship with you?

Have you heard of this man named Jesus?

Smiling kids reciting Bible verses from memory.

New life.

Grace.

Lizards climbing the walls.

Moped rides.

Ants in my house.

Ants in my pants.

Sweat in my eyes.

Sweat in the concrete I’m mixing.

Afternoon naps.

Khao Soi.

Mangos.

Flowers.

New life.

Potential.

The Lord is moving.

The Lord uses me.

That’s grace.

Agriculture everywhere.

Echo.

The Lord speaks.

My heart melts.

New coffee shops.

Feelings of inadequacy squashed by the truth of my identity in Christ.

I am unworthy yet you died for me.

Transparency.

Coloring sheets from smiling little friends.

The Lord loves me.

My life is not my own.

Goodbyes.

Tears in my eyes.

The love of the Lord displayed for me through hugs from tiny humans.

Why do I have to leave?

Hey!!

You!

Yeah you!

Jesus LOVES you.

I don’t want to miss a moment of what’s in front of me.

The Lord is speaking.

I’m listening.

I’m broken.

I need Jesus.

I love Thailand.

I love the Lord more.

Jesus take me anywhere!

I want to follow you to the ends of the earth.

USE ME.

Make me a vessel.

Hard hearts will soften.

Broken hearts will mend.

My Jesus can do anything.

Jesus use me.

I am your vessel.

This vessel is full.

Help me pour out.

You are enough for me.

In my shepherd I lack nothing.

There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for my Jesus.

Laughter.

Tears.

A God who hears.

What have I done to deserve this life?

Jesus you are so good.
